The Athletic Commission
  Bernie Profato - appointed Executive Director of the Ohio Athletic Commission in September of 2004 replacing Mr. Paul Amadio former director. He served in the United States Marine Corp, retired from the City of Niles Police Department where he served for 32 years. He was in charge of the traffic division and an expert witness in traffic crashes for 28 of those years. He has been a sport’s official at the high school and college level in basketball, baseball and softball for over 30 years and has been a boxing referee for 18 years, refereeing a number of title bouts in that time. Has been inducted in the National and State Softball Halls of Fame as an umpire; the Trumbull County Hall of Fame as an athlete and a sport’s official; and the Curbstone Coaches Hall of Fame, Legends of Leather Hall of Fame and most recently the Ohio State Former Boxers Hall of Fame in boxing.
  Robert Schuerger- Mr. Schuerger received his B.A. from Ohio State University and his law degree from Capital University. He served as an aide in the Ohio State Legislature before he founded the Law Offices of Robert A. Schuerger Co., LPA. He is very active in international issues, being the Co-Chairman of the Inaugural Ohio-China-US Business Summit. He was a past member of the US-Qatar Business Council and Corporate Council on Africa. 
 Jon Stainbrook Jon Stainbrook- Mr. Stainbrook is a public relations consultant, an elected State Central Committeeman for Senate District 11, and the Chairman of the Lucas County Republican Party. He received his B.A. in Communications from the University of Toledo and is completing his Masters in Liberal Studies. He also serves as a Board Member on the Lucas County Board of Elections and is the former Director of Public Relations for the Lucas County Auditor's office.
 
  John Konstantinos - John was appointed to the Ohio Athletic Commission in September 2003. He attended Yorkville High School where he played varsity football , basketball and baseball. He went on to Morris Harvey College and played football for 3 years. He served as assistant football coach at Temple , William and Mary , North Carolina State , three seasons with Lou Holtz at Arkansas. He was head football coach at Eastern Illinois University. He served as assistant Athletic Director at Kent State and in 1990 was appointed as Athletic Director at Cleveland State University.
 
  Dr. Harry Stiggers - After serving in the United States Army, he received a Bachelor Science Degree and Honorary Society from Hiram College and Doctor of Osteopathic Medical Degree from Des Moines, Iowa. He opened Stiggers Medical Clinic a family practice clinic in Cleveland, Ohio in 1959. During his medical profession he’s been a medical staff member at St. Alexis, Brentwood, Richmond Heights and South Pointe hospitals. He is the past president of Brentwood medical staff and the Cleveland Academy of Osteopathic Medicine. He is currently on the board of trustees for Hiram College, the Cleveland Municipal Football Association and Vice President of the National Minority Golf Scholarship Fund of Cleveland, Ohio.
  Tim Ochsenhirt - Tim attended St. Vincent-St. Mary High School in Akron, Ohio, and then received his B.A. from The University of Akron and his law degree from The University of Virginia. He is the Chairman and Chief Executive Officer of Roetzel & Andress, a law firm of 240 lawyers throughout Ohio, Florida and Washington, DC. He is very active in his communities and at the various schools which he attended. He and his wife, Nancy, have four children and three grandchildren.
  Judy McCarty - Executive Secretary for the Ohio Athletic Commission. After graduating from Lordstown High School in there Intensive Office Education program she worked in retail management at the Eastwood Mall, and as a Kitchen Designer at DIY Home Warehouse. Judy is on the Board of Directors for the Kid Pro program with Juvenile Diabetes Association and was the coordinator for the Combined Charitable Campaign for the Athletic Commission.

  Marilynne Houy - Marilynne is the part time Account Clerk. She has worked for the State Auditor’s Office, Northeast Ohio Adoption Services and H. R Block. She has her Bachelors of Science in Business Administration from Youngstown State University. She has her Accounting Degree from Westminster College and Masters of Business Administration from Kent State University.
  Tom Patton - is currently serving his first elected term as an Ohio Senator in the Ohio Senate's 24th District. He previously served 3 terms (6 years) in the Ohio House of Representatives as the Representative of the 18th House District.

Senator Patton remains active in his community through his involvement with the Knights of Columbus, Cleveland Police Historical Society, the AFL-CIO and is president of the Treasurers and Ticket Sellers Local 756. He has been named to the Hattie Larlham Rudolph H. Garfield Circle of Caring and received the Welcome House Legislative Leadership Award in 2004. Senator Patton has also been named Mom's for Ohio Public Service and Leadership Award (2005) as well as the Fraternal Order of Police Distinguished Public Service Member of the Year (2006).

Senator Patton attended Cleveland State University. He lives in Strongsville and has six children, and two grandchildren.
 
 

Dale Mallory- State Representative (D -Cincinnati) the 32nd District.

Rep. Mallory grew up on the West End of Cincinnati and graduated from Robert  A. Taft High School. He and his five siblings learned to value serving the community from his mother Fannie and his father, former Ohio House Majority Leader William L. Mallory, Sr. In 1996, the Mallory family was honored as the Black family Reunion's "Family of the Year" for their commitment to public and community service.

Rep. Mallory began his career as a shipping and receiving clerk at General Electric Aircraft Engines. He moved to component repair at GE, where he performed aircraft engine repairs. He was then promoted to Manufacturing Facilitator, responsible for tracking production control activities and contacting vendors.

Rep Mallory is the ranking memeber of the House Transportation, Public Safety, and Homeland Security Committee and also serves on the Agriculture and Natural Resources Committee and Local Government Committee. In addition he serves as 2nd Vice President of the Ohio Legislative Black Caucus and has been appointed to the Southern Ohio Agricultural & Community Development Foundation and the Ohio Athletic Commission.

Rep Mallory received: the Friends of the Farm Bureau award in 2008; the Aging Consumer Advocates for Seniors award in 2009; and the Council on Aging of Southwestern Ohio President's award in 2010.

  Walter McNamara- Walter has served with the Attorney General's Office since 2002 representing a broad range of State Agencies and Departments.
